so, i guess i’m back
so this would be the first proper post on this page and even though it won’t be public for another few days (weeks? months?) if you’re reading this then you should know a few things. most of them you can read in the about page but i did want to mention that all pre-2002 entries in this page were done under various other domains and incarnations of this site.
far from complete, the old posts are what i have been able to piece together from the stuff in various hard drives and zip disks. i’m pretty sure i’m missing a few entries here and there but i doubt i’ll ever recover the rest.
as i entered the old posts here, i did edit some of that content. spelling and grammar errors were corrected, links were updated or eliminated and in some cases names were changed to protect the innocent.
hindsight being 20/20 i did think about making wholesale changes to the older stuff but instead decided to keep that stuff as faithful to the originals as possible. i’ll try to go back and comment on the things that i think should be explained better or be put into context. if you have any questions, go ahead and ask.
